Who doesn’t love a good salad? So often we can fall into the trap of making the same thing over an over again to the point of total boredom. Well, we’re quite the salad fans around here and figured it would be fun to share with you our favorite AHP salad recipes! So let’s get started.
The perfect busy weeknight meal or prep-ahead lunch, we combine marinated chickpeas with cucumber, tomato, Kalamata olives, feta and romaine lettuce for the ultimate salad on the go! Plus, there’s just something so fun about serving meals in a jar!
Smoky roasted red pepper tossed with fluffy quinoa, salty feta and creamy white beans in a tangy red wine vinaigrette. That’s all the description you’re getting because salads this good shouldn’t need any introduction!

Sometimes it’s fun to see how many colors you can add to your meal while still maintaining a delicious balance of flavors. We’ve got green (spinach), red (cherries), yellow (lemon zest), whatever color pistachios are and the delightful blend of shades in tricolor quinoa to act as the perfect outfit for seared chicken quarters. Now that’s a well-dressed bird!
A fun twist on the classic, this is a delicious salad of crunchy iceberg lettuce, crispy bacon, juicy tomato, sweet shallot and crumbly blue cheese drizzled with a bright, creamy herbed-avocado dressing.
