You set up your My Fitness Pal Account and your A Healthy Passion Account so I can find recipes that fit your lifestyle + plug them in. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc I have you covered. You’ll literally just follow along.
You get an email each Friday when your meal plan is ready, log into your AHP account to access your recipes, create your shopping list, shop, and cook!
