Super Bowl Recipe Round Up

Super bowl Sunday is just around the corner (how is it Feb 1st tomorrow) and I have had a lot of questions from you all on some dishes you recommend for your Super Bowl viewing so you can stay on track with your healthy lifestyle but still enjoy the fun! Perfect for Super Bowl Sunday, these loaded sweet potato nachos are topped with fajita stewed beef with peppers and onion, quick-pickled jalapenos, creamy avocado, fresh cilantro and lime juice for serving. If you want to get crazy throw a little sour cream and cheese right on top!

Chili Cheese Fries AHP328

Who doesn’t love a big sheet of fries topped with homemade chili and gooey, melted cheese? This dish is perfect for a fun dinner on the sofa, entertaining guests while watching sports or as a meal the whole family will enjoy!


Balela Salad AHP385

Balela is a Middle Eastern chickpea salad, usually drizzled with a spiced vinaigrette. Our version is loaded with flavor from a combination of sun-dried tomatoes, jalapeno and fresh basil. Just add tortilla chips for scooping up all of the goodness!

Is there anything better than flaky cod wrapped up in buttery lettuce cups and topped off with sweet mango salsa and creamy avocado slices will surely impress no matter who’s coming to dinner! You could even serve with flour tortillas or nacho chips for a game day twist!

A minimal clean-up and simple take on the traditional Low Country Boil is great for a crowd. Just prep the packets ahead of time and bake off just before serving – add crusty bread and you’re set!
