TRIM Results

I believe everyone should learn about this program because it explains to you how to eat and exercise for the best possible fat loss. I feel better about my healthy eating habits because now I know how much is alright to have based on my calorie and macro goals. I am stronger and feeling sexy about my body. 

 
In my first 6 week session, I lost 7.4lbs and 1”-3” all around!  I have done many different programs in the past, but this is SO different.  I am so thankful to have Valerie and Smofitness guide me with various food cycles, intermittent fasting and different daily exercises.  I am excited to workout every day now! There is no reason to not know how to do each workout because you just click on each one and you can see it demonstrated.  With this program, I know what to eat, when to eat, how to exercise every day and I have daily accountability. What else could you ask for?!
 
 
Honestly, I was very hesitant to start the TRIM Program, mainly because I was terrified of the FASTING portion of this program.  Since completing 4 weeks of the program, I can honestly say that this program works. Not only was fasting super easy to incorporate into my daily routine, but the program worked!! After 4 weeks in the program, I had lost 7 pounds and several inches.  I felt great, had more energy, and still ate what I loved. This program comes packed with workouts (which I did in the comfort of my own home with the equipment that I had available), nutrition advice, and a ton of support from Valerie and the other ladies in the program.

I signed up for TRIM because I needed motivation to incorporate exercise into my daily/weekly routine…but I got so much more out of it!!  I feel like I have made healthy lifestyle changes that I will be able to keep for a lifetime! And I am super happy and proud of my results after my first session and am looking forward to toning up and trimming down in the next round!!
 
Prior to doing TRIM, I would work out at least 5 times a week doing crazy HIIT classes daily. I was so frustrated because I wasn’t seeing any results even though I’d be drenched in sweat and exhausted. When I started doing TRIM I was surprised by how quick and less intense the workouts were. I actually thought I might be doing them wrong. However, each day I woke up feeling stronger and seeing differences. I was shocked to have had such quick results.

I have gained and lost the same twenty pounds more times than I care to admit, but with the TRIM program I really believe I have a found a way to keep them off.  The program is very easy to follow and each day is set with specific food and exercise goals. Valerie has been there for support and to offer suggestions through the holidays how to deal with everyday life that sometimes can get in the way of our goals.  Also hearing from the other ladies in our online group helps to make me more accountable and I know if they can find a way to get their workouts in, so can I!

I never believed I’d be able to stick with the fasting. I still miss “breakfast” some days but that’s as much out of habit as it is hunger. The fasting has also helped me to know that I don’t have to satisfy hunger right away with food. I was a serial snacker, eating at the first sign of hunger, and now I know I can push through and wait to eat. That also applies to after I’ve broken my fast as well. I’ve been able to lose 10 pounds which I’ve been trying for years to lose and finally found a program that works. The inches lost are also great-about 8. Still have a long way to go to be where I’d like to be but I have full confidence I will continue with this lifestyle and finally feel good about myself again. Thank you!
This program changed my life. I have learned to eat differently even though I’m a picky eater. I still eat what I want in moderation. I don’t over indulge but I also never feel “hungry”. I love the intermittent fasting and it’s definitely not as hard as one would think. The workouts are wonderful. My legs are in the best shape and I can’t wait to continue the journey. I love lifting weights and I love that I don’t have to do a lot of cardio! My lifestyle has changed but it hasn’t uprooted my life in anyway!

I had been struggling with my weight and general health choices since having my first baby, who is now three years old.  I felt fatigued all the time when I was getting plenty of sleep and would experience days that I felt really bad for no apparent reason. I decided that it was time to get my health on track. With this program I have gradually grown stronger, more energetic, and dropped some unwanted weight.  I feel so much better on a daily basis and no longer worry about being able to keep up with my young son. I have been very pleased with how much better my nutritional choices are and the renewed confidence I have in my body and the way I look.
