DIRECTIONS

These burgers can easily be reheated stovetop or in the oven and also frozen and reheated quite easily!

Preheat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Drain the salmon and add it into a large bowl.

Mince the garlic clove, finely chop the 3 green onions and finely chop 1/4 cup of parsley. Season the salmon with Celtic salt, red pepper flakes and black pepper.

Whisk two eggs and add them in with 1/2 cup of panko. Stir to combine.

Divide the mixture into 4 balls and flatten into 1' patties. Season with Celtic salt and add into the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown being careful when flipping. Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of parsley!
