Here’s how it works.

Step 1 – if you haven’t already you’ll want to calculate your nutrition needs by going to user–> macro settings–> calorie calculator and entering the information as prompted. The software will then give you the target Calories, Carbs, Protein and Fat you’ll want to aim for each day to reach your goals.

Step 2 – You’ll then head over to the planner and start plugging in foods you want to eat or use the autofill feature to have the software decide for you.

Step 3 – Follow the meal plan and reach your goals while cooking delicious food your whole family will enjoy! It’s that simple.
